Orders

Items may not be in stock at the time of order. 4 D Concepts Ltd reserves the right to refund any payment or order should goods not be in stock.

All prices exclude VAT. You will be charged VAT depending on your status within the EU. (Those who are VAT registered and would like to be VAT exempt for supplies inside the EU will need to supply a legitimate VAT number for their company). All supplies outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Payment

This website accepts payments using PayPal. PayPal will accept payments using credit cards or bank accounts without the need for a PayPal account.

Returns

Returns are accepted as per the provisions of the Trade Practices Act. You must contact our customer services team, to get a return code for your item, before we will accept any returns. You will be informed of the address for return once you contact our customer services.

You, the customer, are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition including original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund. Clearance/Sale items are non-returnable. Software and downloads cannot be refunded
